1. Data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of personal data:

• Identification & contact data: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address.
• Appointment data: the service requested, the date and time, notes related to the service.
• Health-related data: for procedures such as piercing, micropigmentation or aesthetic treatments, only the information strictly necessary for your safety (e.g. allergies, contraindications). This is special-category data and is processed only with your explicit consent.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see our cookie information below).

2. Why and on what legal basis we process your data

• To provide our services and manage appointments — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To respond to your messages and requests — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To process health-related information — your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
• For invoicing and accounting — to comply with our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• For marketing / newsletter — only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above: appointment and client data for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, accounting documents for the legal retention period (generally 10 years), and marketing data until you withdraw your consent.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with: accounting providers, IT / hosting providers, payment processors, and public authorities where required by law. All our partners are bound to protect your data.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
